1. Introduction Welcome to Foras POS. By registering for an account, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This software is provided by Foras Company Limited ("we", "us", or "our") to you ("the user" or "client").
2. License to Use We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Foras POS software for your business operations. You agree not to resell, copy, or reverse-engineer the software.
3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the software only for lawful business purposes in accordance with the laws of Tanzania.
4. Payments and Refunds

Subscription fees are paid in advance (Monthly or Yearly).

Payments are non-refundable once the service period has started.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice for future renewals.
5. Data and Privacy We take data security seriously. However, you are responsible for backing up your own critical business data. Foras Company Limited is not liable for data loss due to unforeseen technical failures or user error.
6. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or fail to pay subscription fees.
7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
